A few facts about me
I have three gorgeous boys. Mum and a job? I’ve got this. Most days.
I missed my calling. At 18, acting was my future. So I thought. Little did I know, I had a truly exciting career ahead of me.
WHEN I AM STRESSED, I BAKE. WHEN I AM HAPPY, I BAKE. THAT MAKES FOR A LOT OF CAKE.
I find fulfilment in others’ fulfilment. I have empowered over 400 women and men over countless hours of coaching (okay, 2,000 to be exact).
I was born in Paris but spent most of my life between Australia, France and the UK.
I have coached Yorkshire Miners in the second deepest mine in Europe 1.4km underground. And yes, taking the lift down was terrifying.
The first business I set up was a French supperclub at home.
I secretly have always wanted to be a contender on MasterChef Australia with George, Gary and Matt. For those of you who are in this with me - I know, I am bit late to the party.
I like structure. I like action. I like learning. I like discovery. All foundations of my coaching ethos.
I have three incredibly inspiring sisters who give me the freedom and power to fight for what I deserve in life.
I BELIEVE THAT We all have a place at the TOP TABLE. I BELIEVE we need to do more to pave THE WAY.
