In 2020 according to the Female FTSE Board report (Cranfield University and EY), the percentage of women on FTSE 100 boards is 34.5% and 31.9% for FTSE 250 boards. And according to the Parker Review, 7% of companies surveyed in the FTSE 100 and 69% of FTSE 250 have not met the target of at least one ethnic minority director on their Board. So let’s face it, there is still some way to go.
